Vault tec box

Inspired by Fallout franchise I have always liked their retro - futuristic style of objects. And that takes me to a question, how does Vault-tec container work? As far as I have seen, there is no place or description anywhere in the game where one can see what is inside of these containers. Also how do locking and opening of these containers work? Why there are so many screws? There are no buttons to open them. So I decided to recreate this container by keeping in mind real world attributes and solutions. I wanted to create a spring mechanism that would open and lock the container, but there was just not enough space for small parts as the middle of it is supposed to be empty. I had to split model in many parts because of the limited print area. Finally a real world vault box with dimensions - 17 x 11 x 11 cm.
